Product Description and Benefits
What is proprioception? Well it could be described as our sixth sense. It’s how we know we are walking on grass rather than the pavement even though we have shoes on. It’s how we know how to walk through a doorway without bumping into the frame. All children can benefit from extra input in developing their sixth sense.
There are lots of activities that can help develop proprioception such as yoga, hanging from a climbing frame, feeling the light pressure of cushions piled up on top of your body, rolling down a hill, pushing, pulling, jumping on a trampoline and many more. Proprioceptive activities can help regulate children so they achieve a calm and alert state of mind thus promoting emotional wellbeing.
These stickers are a fun way for anyone who wants to acknowledge such an activity has taken place or maybe as a reminder to plan one on the calendar.
You will receive 35 paper stickers (38mm in diameter) with 5 different designs.
